Sharon is 主席, 首席执行官 and co-founder of Plaza Companies. Her forward-thinking commitment has helped make Plaza one of the premier real estate firms in Arizona and has earned her and Plaza respect throughout the industry and across the country. She is not only dedicated to her business endeavors, but is also actively involved in many different aspects of the community.

Larry oversees the 会计, financial reporting, and operations of the company. He is also involved in asset management, contract and construction review, debt structuring, equity funding, lease review and budget oversight, and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in AZ, CA和OR.

Jon joined Plaza in 2007, following two decades in project management and construction. His responsibilities include overseeing the companies’ construction of medical, 办公室, healthcare and senior living facilities. He has an Architectural Engineering degree from Ohio State University.

As Plaza Companies’ Senior Vice 总统 Property and Facilities Management, 佩吉·麦克斯韦 oversees the company’s efforts with regard to third-party real estate and property management operations while serving as a hands-on senior property manager for new portfolios.

Scott oversees the Plaza Companies portfolio of properties that are developed, leased and managed in conjunction with industry partner USAA Real Estate Company. He has more than 10 years in the industry, the majority of which were focused in the 办公室 and medical real estate sectors.

Margaret has more than 29 years of experience in the leasing, sales and development of commercial real estate in Arizona. 在广场, she is involved in the leasing and sales of 1 million SF of medical 办公室 properties, and she also serves on the Healthcare 领导 Council for GPEC.

比尔做饭 is Senior Vice 总统 of 经纪公司 Services at Plaza Companies. Bill has been with Plaza Companies since 2013, originally starting in the construction management department. Bill transitioned to the brokerage team in 2014 with a focus on leasing and investment sales of 办公室 properties.

Mike McWilliams, Jr. is Associate of 经纪公司 Services with the Plaza Companies. He has spent more than 3 years in the commercial real estate industry in Arizona.

Jeanette is responsible for managing a portfolio of medical 办公室 buildings and Business Park & Office Condominium Associations. She brings to the company her expertise in tenant relations, lease administration, 预算, 会计, vendor services and Association Board meetings.

Melissa Annis is a dedicated Property Manager with 32 years of experience in retail and 办公室 properties. Throughout her career, she has managed over 4 million square feet of retail power centers, and numerous Class A Office Properties in central 凤凰城 including high rise 办公室 projects.

Susan joined the Plaza team with a decade of project management and construction experience. Her many responsibilities include all aspects of construction management for tenant improvements and development projects. She earned her Masters in Real Estate 发展 from ASU.

汤姆·埃文斯 oversees s a full spectrum of communications, 市场营销, public relations, public affairs and business development services.
